Die neue reitz ist eine Filmproduktion mit Sitz in München und Berlin. Gegründet 1966 als Edgar Reitz Filmproduktion, reicht ihre Geschichte bis in die Anfänge des Autorenfilms zurück. Über Jahrzehnte hinweg hat sich daraus ein lebendiges Netzwerk aus Filmschaffenden und Institutionen in Deutschland, Europa und Südamerika entwickelt.
Heute wird neue reitz von Christian Reitz und Mathias Reitz Zausinger geleitet. Im Bewusstsein des historischen Aufbruchs des Autorenfilms versteht sich die Filmproduktion als Plattform für junges und experimentelles Kino. Auf der Grundlage unseres kreativen Netzwerks begleiten wir Projekte von der dramaturgischen sowie finanziellen Konzeption über die Postproduktion bis hin zum fertigen Film.

Drawing on our creative network, we support projects from dramaturgical and financial development through post-production to the finished film.
